ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.203 of 2024, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in C.C.No.832 of 2025 and the case stands posted for hearing on 05.03.2026. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
