This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1301 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024. Page No.1/3
2. As the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court in W.P.No.1301 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024, statutory notice was issued to the respondent on 21.03.2025 and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.04.2025.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent appeared in person and submitted that even before filing of the writ petition in W.P.No.1301 of 2024, the respondent had already considered the representation dated 06.10.2023 of the petitioner. However, in order to comply with the subsequent order of this Court dated 23.01.2024 in W.P.No.1301 of 2025, the respondent had again conducted enquiry and passed the order and the same has also been served to the petitioner. He has also tendered his unconditional apology. The affidavit filed by the respondent is taken on file.
4. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
