When the matter came up for hearing on 24.01.2023, this Court passed the following order:
Mr.M.Sekar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.
2.The petitioner was terminated from service in the year 2010 and according to the petitioner he filed an appeal before the 1st respondent in the year 2012 and the same is pending till date. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents seeks time to take instructions as to whether the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending.
4.Post this case at the end of the admission list on 27.01.2023.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner was disposed of through proceedings dated 19.06.2012 and the copy of the proceedings was also placed before this Court. It is also seen that the proceedings were also communicated to the petitioner and he has received it on 20.06.2012.
