ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 or their subordinates not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry in connection with the false complaint lodged by the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2022. 2.The grievance of the petitioners is that on the complaint of one Nagaraj, the petitioners are summoned by the respondent police and unnecessarily being harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are needed for enquiry in C.S.R.No.5 of 2022. Therefore, the petitioners and the fourth respondent appeared before the respondent police on 11.01.2022, enquiry conducted and closed. He further submitted that the petitioners are no more needed for any enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
