Crl.M.P.No.10436 of 2016 in Crl.RC.No.297 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., At request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, petitioner is directed to effect paper publication informing the date of hearing as 10.11.2016 in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Coimbatore Edition. The paper publication will have to be effected on or before 07.11.2016. In case, if the paper publication is not effected on the date specified above, this Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
