This petition is filed to call for the records in DVC No.50 of 2015 on the file of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and to quash the same.

When the matter is taken up on 12.04.2022, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 19.04.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. This Court in the judgment reported in 2021 1 L.W. 289 P.Pathmanathan and others Vs.
