This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27563 of 2023 to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station, everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders, except on the dates of Court hearing before the trial Court. However, it is made clear that the Petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the Chengam Police Station, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that the charge sheet has been filed in Spl.SC.No.51 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Cases at Tiruvannamalai.

4. The Petitioner shall continue with the conditions imposed by order dated 07.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27563 of 2023. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation to the Petitioner herein.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
