JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1) Respondents 4 to 7 in AS.NO.1129/2007 are the appellants in the above Cross Appeal No.26/2009 in AS.No.1129/2007. (2) The Cross Appellants are defendants 4 to 7 in the suit in O.S.No.224/2005.
