The miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing this Review Application in W.P.No.26369 of 2009 order dated 08.03.2019.

2.Heard Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General Assisted by Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Sivalingam, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3.Considering the averments made in the petition and also taking into consideration that a permission had been given by the Division Bench of this Court in an appeal filed against the orders of which violation is complied with, the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Review Application if it is otherwise in order.
