This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in S.C.No.18 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
