This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner in para No.6(b) by an order, dated 09.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.24792 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m till 16.02.2024 and thereafter weekly once i.e on every saturday, for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
