This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11968 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13142 of 2023 to report before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that charge sheet has been filed and the case is at argument stage. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation to the Petitioner herein.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
