ORDER

This criminal revision has been filed seeking to quash the case registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.1595 of 2013.

The respondent police has registered a case in the above crime number against the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent and during pendency of the investigation, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking to quash the case in Cr.No.1595 of 2013. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that in this matter investigation has been completed and charge sheet was also filed and the case was taken on file in S.C.No.175 of 2014 and pending for trial.
