JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by A.SELVAM, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the order dated 19.8.2015, passed in O.P.No.1032 of 2010, by the Principal Family Court, Chennai. 2.The appellant herein, as petitioner, has filed O.P.No.1032 of 2010, on the file of the trial Court, praying to pass a decree of divorce, wherein, the present respondent has been shown as sole respondent.

3.The trial Court, after considering the available evidence on record, has dismissed the petition by way of passing the impugned order dated 19.08.2015 and the same is being challenged in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.During pendency of the same, a compromise memo has been filed. Since a compromise memo has been filed by both parties, both parties are directed to make their appearance along with their respective counsel.

5.Accordingly both the appellant and respondent are present along with their respective counsel. The terms of compromise are read over to them and accepted by both parties. 6.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed without costs. The order passed in O.P.No.1032 of 2010 by the trial Court is set aside and the petition filed in O.P.No.1032 of 2010 is allowed without costs. The marriage between the appellant/petitioner and respondent/respondent is dissolved. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree.
