ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to depute a Surveyor to inspect, survey and measure the property and report actual measurement and boundaries of the petitioner's property in Re-Survey No.1039/2 in present Sub-Division Re-Survey No.1039/3A measuring an extent of 0.67.00 acres situate at Suriyanallur Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, as per payment made, Vide Challan No.20220822007675, dated 22.08.2022, on the representation, dated 23.08.2022 made by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the respondent/Tahsildar took steps to conduct survey and necessary order had also been passed thereon, after the survey.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
