ORDER

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J) Heard Mr.R.Gandhi, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 to R3 and Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

2. The alleged detenue, Ugavani, aged about 27 years, wife of the petitioner and the daughter of the fourth respondent is present before us. When we enquired, the alleged detenue told that there is no illegal detention by her father, the fourth respondent herein. On the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the view that there is no illegal detention, to entertain the Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. Having recorded the statement, since there is no illegal detention, we find it just and reasonable to dismiss the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. No costs.
