Prayer in S.A.No.580 of 2001:Second Appeal filed under section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree dated 26.04.2000 passed in Cross objections 35/99 before the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam preferred against the judgment and the Decree dated 19.04.1999 in O.S.No.734/96 on the file of District Munsif's Court, Gobichettipalayam.
