This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the file of respondent police in Crime No.372 of 2015 to the District Crime Branch, Nagapattinam and consequently direct the respondent to investigate and file final report.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been acquitted on 06.06.2017 in STC.No.561 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mayiladuthurai.
