Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the Registry to deposit the said amount of Rs.2,00,00,000/- on realization from petitioner as fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to the credit of Appeal in AS.No.609 of 2013 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of P.SUBBA REDDY, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Registry is directed to deposit the deposited amount of Rs.2,00,00,000/- in a Fixed Deposit Account of Indian Bank, High Court Brach, initially for a period of one year. Post the appeal after two weeks.
