O R D E R

The petitioner herein had challenged the Notice dated 19.04.2011, wherein, the petitioner was called upon to pay the property tax from the assessment year 2008-09 till 2011-12.

2. Pending the writ petition, the petitioner has paid the property tax demanded in the impugned Notice and consequently, the water connection, which was earlier disconnected, was also restored.

3. Mr.A.Zakir Hussain, learned Governmenet Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent has produced a copy of the counter affidavit dated 22.07.2019 filed by the 1st respondent herein, reiterating this aspect and have also stated that consequent to the Notice issued by the 1st respondent, the petitioner's association has been regularly paying the property tax from the financial year 2012-13 onwards and that they have not violated any of their rules and regulations. As such, the petitioner may not have any further grievance on the Notice issued and no effective orders also can be passed in the present writ petition.
