ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in S.C.C. No.206 of 2019 by judgment dated 30.01.2023 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai, and enlarge the petitioner/appellant on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the grave nature of offence and the age of the victim, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence.
