Prayer in S.A.No.1442 of 1996: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against judgment and decree dated 21.12.1993 passed in A.S.No.36 of 1993 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge of Tiruppur dismissing the appeal preferred against the judgment and decree dated 27.08.1992 passed in O.S.No.220 of 1987 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court of Tiruppur.

JUDGMENT

When these second appeals came up for hearing on 15.02.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that there was no instruction from his client/appellant. Hence name of the appellant was directed to be printed in the cause list on 02.03.2018.

Even today i.e.02.03.2018, when the matter was for taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, these second appeals are dismissed for non- prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
