1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to recover the suit amount as prayed for is Hire Purchase Agreement dated 18.03.2002 supported by consideration?

2. Whether the second defendant is Authorized Signatory of the first respondent has to bind the first defendant. But letter dated 18.03.2002 in support by consideration?
