This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent/Insurance Company has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. The petitioner would aver that due to administrative exigencies beyond their control, delay of 119 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. 26.09.2025 kkd Note :Registry to print the name of Mr.C.R.Prasanna, learned counsel for the second respondent in the cause list.
