Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ref.COTRY R& L/RTI/2010 dated 06.09.2010 and quash the same and direct the respondents to issue the loan amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioner under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme.
