The Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorarified Mandamus, with respect to an order of the 4th respondent, the Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar at Salem Town, dated 25.11.2022 relating to the election, which was scheduled on 25.12.2022 for the Salem Gugai Kannada Saineegar Samuga Sangam.

2. Even when the Writ Petition came up for consideration, the Court had noted that S.Pannerselvam who is also concerned with the said Sangam should be made a party.

3. This application has been filed by the Sangam and incidentally, the 2nd petitioner is S.Pannerselvam who is the Secretary of the Sangam, the 1st petitioner is the Sangam, represented by its President and the 3rd petitioner is the Treasurer and the 4th petitioner is the Vice President of the Sangam.

4. The petitioners are required before any effective order are passed in the Writ Petition.
