Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case for the various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 09.04.2015 against the person named in the complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that for the very same cause of action, earlier, the petitioner herein has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.4236 of 2015 and the same was disposed of by this Court on 08.04.2015. By suppressing the same, for the very same cause of action, the petitioner is now before this Court with the present petition.

4.In the present petition, the petitioner has not mentioned anything about the earlier petition filed by him. Hence, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
