This petition has been filed seeking exemption of Court fee.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.MA.P.Thangavel seeks permission to withdraw the petition and he undertakes to pay the required Court Fee within a period of one week. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement, this petition is dismissed.
