ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.233 of 2013 on the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 3rd respondent herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.233 of 2013, the 3rd respondent filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and assigned as S.T.C.No.5663 of 2014. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that after completing the trial in S.T.C.No.5663 of 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi convicted the petitioners by its Judgment dated 10.04.2019. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
