This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to restrain the third, fourth to fifth respondents from harassing the petitioner and her tenants relating to the car parking area at Plot No.67, Door No.165, Barracks Road, Keelys, Chennai-600 010 during the pendency of civil proceedings.

2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this point of time and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
