Application No.1442 of 2016 RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant says that, pursuant to order dated 17.03.2016, the subject vehicle was seized and delivered to the applicant. 1.1 Learned counsel for the applicant also says that the applicant has entered into a settlement with the respondent, pursuant to which, the subject vehicle has been handed over to the respondent.

2. To be noted, vide order dated 17.03.2016, Advocate Commissioner was paid an initial remuneration of Rs.20,000/-.

3. Advocate Commissioner is present in Court. The Advocate Commissioner requests for payment of additional remuneration.

4. Having regard to the fact that, the commission was executed in Maharashtra, I am inclined to grant Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) towards additional remuneration subject to the Advocate Commissioner filing her report, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
