Tho Ka.Ni./P1/2018 dated 19/04/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to offer B.Sc Optometry (Four years UG Course) for the present academic Year namely 2018-19 and continuously.

J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by R. SUBRAMANIAN,J.) After some arguments, Mr. V. Prakash, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant would seek to withdraw the appeal, with liberty to challenge the resolution of the University, a copy of which has been furnished to the learned counsel for the appellant today.

2. Reserving the said liberty, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
