This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.136 Revenue (ULCI (2) Department dated 27.4.2009 in so far as 2/6

column No.32 of the annexure is concerned and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non est in law.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 05.03.2025, this Court passed the following order:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already given change of vakalat to the petitioner and handed over the bundle and the petitioner has engaged another counsel by name Mr.K.Mageswaran.

2.The name of the said counsel has also been printed in the cause list.

3.The learned counsel representing Mr.K.Mageswaran sought for some time.

4.As a last chance, post this writ petition and the review application for hearing on 10.03.2025.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for default. In view 3/6

of the same, it is left open to the 6th respondent to proceed further to make the necessary payment pursuant to the Government Order that has already been issued in favour of the 6th respondent in his capacity as innocent purchaser.
