Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of in accordance with law the representation submitted by the petitioner on 20.02.2017 by RPAD. ORDER

When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, after deliberating on the issue, has arrived at an amicable settlement between the parties, as per the terms agreed to in the mediation agreement dated 4.8.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Since the parties including the third respondent have settled the matter amicably through mediation, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the parties to abide by the mediation agreement dated 4.8.2017, which shall form part of the record. No costs.
