ORDER

Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Government Advocate (Tax) takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to provide the details as requested by them in their letters dated 27.04.2018 & 26.02.2018 for the years 2007-08 to 2013-14. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the repeated letters written by the petitioner, the 1st respondent has not furnished the details so far.

4. Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Government Advocate (Tax) appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders, in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's letters dated 27.04.2018 & 26.02.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
