Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fourth respondent proceedings in Na.KA.No.1/3087/2016, dated 16.08.2016 and consequent order of the third respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Pani.4(3)/Pa.Ve.180/2018, dated 04.12.2019 and quash the same in so far it relates to 5th and 7th respondents and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to re-draw the promotion panel of Assistant for the year 2016-2017.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fourth respondent proceedings in Na.KA.No.1/3087/2016, dated 16.08.2016 and consequent order of the third respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Pani.4(3)/Pa.Ve.180/2018, dated 04.12.2019 and quash the same in so far it relates to 5th and 7th respondents and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to re-draw the promotion panel of Assistant for the year 2016-2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order dated 12.12.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34573 of 2019, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
