COMMON JUDGMENT The learned counsel appearing for the appellant in both the appeals filed a memo stating that both the appeals have been preferred by one Natarajan, who died on 15.06.2014 and one of the legal heirs of the appellant namely, N.Devaraj sent a letter stating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they do not want to pursue the matter further. 2.Recording the above said memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant along with the letter sent by one of the legal heirs of the appellant, both the appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
