This revision has been filed as against proceedings in the suit in O.S.No.27 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Vellore.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that the suit in O.S.No.27 of 2009 has been dismissed by the trial Court on 12.07.2012 and hence, nothing survives in this revision and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submissions and endorsement made, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
