O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 26.03.2018 made in C.M.P.No.2215 of 2018 in S.T.C.No.468 of 2012.

2. It appears that the petitioner has filed an application under Sections 45 and 73 of the Indian Evidence Act. After 313 proceedings and after discussion and hearing the arguments, the learned Magistrate discussed the C.M.P., and pronounced the order in STC.No.468 of 2012, thereafter, preferred an appeal in C.A.No.*116 of 2018 before the Principal District Judge, Erode, and the same is said to be pending.

3. Since the STC itself is disposed of, ends of justice would be met by giving liberty to the petitioner/accused herein to move the appropriate application in the appellate stage viz in criminal appeal and the same shall be considered in accordance with law by the lower Court. 4. Accordingly, Criminal revision is dismissed with the above observations.
