This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certioroarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the 1st respondent's order made in G.O.(D) No.1266, dated 08.12.2010 & G.O.(D) No.1347, dated 31.12.2012, H & F W (K1) Department and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to extend all benefits of revised pension and other pensionary benefits forthwith thereto.
