Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records relating to the brochure on selection of Bharatgas Distributors issued in March 2010 containing the parameters for LPG distributorship and consequently the advertisement dated 15.06.2010 issued in Newspaper which has culminated in issuance of the reply letter issued to the petitioner in CHN:LPG:PALLIKARUNAI wrongly dated as 02.01.2011 instead of 02.01.2012, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner to grant the LPG Distributorship at Pallikaranai, Kanchipuram District.
