This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner as Canara Bank and also the address as given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, since the petitioner 'Syndicate Bank' has been merged with the Canara Bank and it no longer exists. In view of that particular reason, this Petition stands allowed.
