This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.4(b) of the order dated 20.12.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.31968 of 2024 that "shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
