As the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024 for issue of a on-line Patta in respect of the property measuring 1750sq.ft in Survey No.127/1A1B1, Plot No.29 in Devi Nagar, Koladi Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
