This petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.M.P.No.20 of 2014, dated 07.01.2014 by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.R.SUBBIAH, J.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on completion of enquiry, Charge Sheet has been filed in this case in S.C.No.125 of 2014 before the learned Mahila Court, Tiruppur. 3. Since the trial is in completion stage, I am of the opinion that the prayer cannot be entertained at this juncture and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
