ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent considering representations of the petitioner dated 03.11.2021 and 20.12.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner is no more.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents filed counter and submitted that action has been taken on the complaint given by the petitioner and disciplinary action has been has been initiated against the third respondent and final Orders will be passed after completing of enquiry.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for 2/4

the first and second respondents, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
