ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph 9 of the order dated 27.11.2024 to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- by way of demand draft/RTGS/NEFT to the credit of Crime No.298 of 2024.

2. This Court finds that only on the undertaking given by the petitioner that in order to show his bona fides, he was ready to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-, this Court has granted anticipatory bail. Now, after obtaining the anticipatory bail, the petitioner has come before this Court for modification of the said condition.
3. This Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. However, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2024 to deposit the sum of Rs.50,000/-, is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner fails to surrender and comply with the conditions imposed, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled.
