2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.9 of 2011 was completed and the case has been closed as mistake of fact on 10.02.2011 vide RCS.No.4 of 2011.
