Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter before the trial Court has been compromised.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner further on instructions seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition as it has become infructuous. He has also made necessary endorsement to that effect in the reverse of the Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition. 3.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
