Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21672 of 2021 dated 18.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the final report has been filed and the presence of the petitioner is not required for the investigation.
